I cannot find the words to properly convey my gratitude for Megan Tull and her associates. During one of the most stressful times of my life, Megan put my mind at ease
throughout the process and assured me that she would do everything she could in my best interest. I am thankful and consider myself fortunate that I found her and feel
confident that I had the very best counsel for my case.

- Danielle

A Nashville native, I began my legal journey in 2002 as a legal assistant while
pursuing my law degree at the Nashville School of Law. After being admitted to the
Tennessee Bar in 2007, I focused my practice in the areas of Estate Planning,
Probate Administration, Real Estate, and Business Law.

In August 2012, I joined Tull Law Firm, PLLC as an associate attorney. The following
year, I had the joy of partnering with Timothy Alan Tull—both professionally and
personally—when we were married in 2013. Tim’s wisdom, warmth, and unwavering
support shaped both my life and my legal career until his passing in 2020.

Today, I continue to honor that legacy through my own firm, the Law Office of
Megan Tull Thornton, PLLC. I now concentrate my practice on Estate Planning,
Probate Administration, and Business Law, providing thoughtful, tailored legal
services to individuals and families throughout Tennessee.

Megan and the entire staff have been great in helping me with my husband’s estate and preparing my will and power of attorneys. I highly recommend them. They go above and beyond to help you personally and to try to accommodate my schedule.

-Amy

My compassion for every story, my willingness to accommodate in difficult times, and
my infallible character to always put my clients’ interests and concerns first set me
apart within the legal community.

I am committed to serving clients throughout Maury County and surrounding areas,
continually growing in my knowledge of Corporate & Small Business Law, Estate
Planning, Elder Law, and Probate Administration.

Clients often find comfort and peace of mind in coming to me for assistance with wills,
powers of attorney, living wills, trusts, and conservatorships. There is a unique peace
that comes from preparing well for life’s inevitable moments and trusting that your
family’s future will unfold as thoughtfully planned.

I take great pride in ensuring families are supported when those inescapable events
arise. One of the reasons I chose to focus on this area of law is because of the
rewarding, long-term relationships that often span generations—and because I know
I’m making a meaningful difference.

Remarried to Robert Thornton III, we now live on a peaceful farm and attend St. Peter’s
Episcopal Church of Columbia. These roots keep me grounded, and they continually
inspire the care and integrity I bring to each client I serve.

No one likes to talk about the inevitable, however,

lack of planning only makes matters worse.

It was a pleasure from start to finish to work with Megan and the rest of the staff at Tull Law Firm on some estate matters. We would wholeheartedly recommend them for any legal matters in Spring Hill.

-Steve

After the recent unexpected death of my husband, I quickly found myself out of my depth when it came to legal matters and sought their professional advice.

Not only did they offer sound council they were compassionate of my situation and went the extra mile in every way possible. My sincere thanks for their helpful guidance through a very difficult time.
